Sometimes we want to do a cardio workout, but we don’t want to put a lot of pressure on our knees or we just don’t want to grow big thigh muscles and quads. So I decided to film a cardio routine without squats and lunges so that it could be knee-friendly. And also, this workout turned out to be more difficult and challenging for the stamina than we thought it would and I think this is a good sign, it means it will be effective. Hopefully you like my cardio workout!
