Trying to keep that 7 position throughout the handstand push-up 😤 Not perfect, but very challenging in ways I didn’t expect. An absolute test of my spinal awareness. Going from a flexed spine to an extended spine, gradually, starting from the lumbar, through to the thoracic part. All while maintaining balance and keeping shoulder strong 💪
