Most of the time my mornings don’t start in a luxurious French hotel room, but wherever I am, I always try to kick off the day with a work-out. No need to go to the gym, just hit the floor and get that heartrate going. Growing up biking everywhere and speed skating I know how important exercise is for both body and mind, and that’s a message I’d like to share with everybody. Just get physical!
