How To Look Like Toji in 2023 - Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Toji Fushiguro Workout

Disclaimer: No one has Toji’s genetics so you won’t look exactly like Toji but anyone can grow the muscles important for this physique. I hope this video inspires you to start working out and you use this program (or any decent hypertrophy program!) to get started towards your dream physique. A: Not necessarily. If you train a muscle to complete failure on Monday and then train that same muscle on Tuesday, your performance will probably be slightly worse because training to failure is so fatiguing. Training CLOSE to failure is just as good AND is less fatiguing. I also don’t ask you to do the same exact exercise two days in a row - for back you might do a pull up one day and a row the next day. These are not the same movement pattern, the muscles involved are slightly different, the weights used are different. Exercise variation limits problems with overusing muscles/connective tissues. If you are a beginner, you don’t need to train as frequently as 5 days! I recommend Alpha Destiny’s Novice Program for complete beginners (full body 3 days a week). Q: I only have dumbbells/pull up bar/bands. Can you make a program just for that? A: You can replace any exercise in this program with exercises that are possible with the equipment you have. Just consider the muscles being used, and the general movement pattern. For example, a face pull targets the rear delts. If you have dumbbells, you can choose a dumbbell exercise that targets the rear delts, like a bent over lateral raise or a rear delt row. Watch my video on muscle anatomy to learn the functions of each muscle, or do a quick Google search to find alternative exercises. ******************** SUBSCRIBE if you want to maximise your physical potential: ******************** LINKS: Free workout and diet plan: ******************** WHO AM I: I’m Ben.
