These exercises target, stretch, and build strength in the soft tissues (tendons, ligaments, muscles) of the wrist, forearm, and elbows. Great for anyone who depends on wrist flexibility and strength in their sport or athletic discipline, such as gymnasts, olympic weightlifters, divers, handbalancers, capoeiristas, crossfitters, etc. As an ex Division 1 diver, I wish I had these progressions when I was diving. Would have saved me countless wrist injuries, and a hell of a lot of athletic tape.
