Following up on a query about how to do child’s pose when the waistline and abdomen is large, here is a tutorial on how to approach a couple of forward bends for larger bodies. Adho Mukha Virasana (an alternative to child’s pose) and Paschimottanasana (a seated forward bend with straight legs.).
