A varicocele is an enlargement of the veins within the loose bag of skin that holds the testicles. These veins transport oxygen-depleted blood from the testicles. A varicocele occurs when blood pools in the veins rather than circulating efficiently out of the scrotum. Varicocele which may be a cause for low sperm production and infertility can be treated with exercises which will help alleviate the symptoms by decreasing the pressure in the varicose veins that make up the varicocele. This workout will help to improve testicular blood circulation and cooling. Also ensure that poor lifestyle habits like smoking, alcohol consumption, coffee, poor posture, excessive sitting, and many other controllable varicocele risk factors are eliminated from your day to day living.
