Utan na Langka | Ulam Pinoy | Low Budget Recipe

This is my favorite version of ginataang langka. It is called utan in our province in Romblon, Philippines. The recipe makes use of dried fish as a source of flavor. I used dulong for this recipe. #panlasangpinoy
