British Ambassador to Mexico fired… for rifle ‘joke’ John Benjamin was visiting the Durango & Sinaloa states, home to many of Mexico’s drug cartel, when he pointed a rifle in jest at a colleague. Everyone there saw it as funny, but London was not amused when the video emerged on social media and he was removed from his post quietly… earlier this year, according to British media on Saturday.
