Russia military police deploy in north Syria under truce deal

Kurdish forces have been pulling back from positions along the Turkish border in northern Syria. It is part of an agreement between Turkey and Russia, allowing Moscow, Ankara and Damascus to send in troops and carve up the territory. But as the withdrawal takes place, some say the fighting has not stopped.
