Former Slovenia President: China shows vaccine offering capability

Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a keynote speech via video at the opening of the Eighth Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) on Monday, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced Friday.
