Full titles read: “THE FRENCH NEWSBOYS’ DERBY - Carrying 33lbs of newspaper, winner covered 17 miles course through Paris in 55 minutes !“ L/S’s of large crowds waiting on either side of the street to see the approaching paper boys on their bicycles. As the cyclists approach, a van with a cameraman on the roof pulls out in front to record the event. L/S’s of the boys zooming past with baskets strapped to the front of their bikes.
