Salt-to taste 8. Ground black pepper-to taste 9. Olive oil - Wash the eggplants and make incisions crosswise, put them in a mold, salt, pour olive oil (you can use any oil) and send them to a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. - While the eggplants are in the oven, we make the filling. Fry 200 g of minced meat in a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil until ready, then transfer it to a plate. - We clean, wash and finely chop the onion and fry it in a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil. - Peel, wash the garlic, finely chop it and add it to the onion to fry. - 100g of cheese grate on a fine grater. - Now we combine the minced meat, onion with garlic and grated cheese in a bowl, salt, pepper, mix.
