UPDATE: An Oakland County Sheriff’s deputy was shot in the head and chest during an operation to arrest a suspect in a stolen car in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred Saturday night on Park Grove, near Gratiot and McNichols. The suspect in a stolen car shot the officer who was in plain clothes before fleeing the scene.
