Ukraine claims strike on Russian oil refinery in Rostov

The Atlas oil depot in Rostov, southern Russia, has continued to burn more than 24 hours after being attacked by Ukrainian forces. The facility is nearly 200 kilometres east of the front line and reportedly specialises in supplying the Russian Armed Forces. Further blasts were reportedly heard at the refinery overnight, according to Russian media. The strike comes while tanks were still on fire at another Rostov oil depot, 10 days after it was attacked.
