CHINA: SHANGHAI: YELTSIN SIGNS CENTRAL ASIAN BORDER AGREEMENT

Natural Sound Russian President Boris Yeltsin has signed a Central Asian Border Agreement with China and three former Soviet states. The Chinese President Jiang Zemin and the Presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan all attended the signing ceremony in Shanghai. The agreement says the five nations will not attack or direct military exercises at one another along their borders Russian President Boris Yeltsin arrived in Shanghai Friday to sign the Central Asian Border Agreement.
