I’ve gotten numerous requests to cover music from this game over the years, so I guess this is somewhat overdue. Specifically, I covered this game because someone bemoaned on twitter that I hadn’t yet, so I asked them directly what they’d prefer to hear. They recommended this track, to which my editor Rachel thoroughly agreed (demanded) since she likes the character, and has even cosplayed in the past! Raiden Shogun (Ei? Beelzebub? The Shogun?) is a cool character with a cool design. I attempted to research the wiki about their backstory but it was several confusing chapters long that likely requires in-game context, so I decided that it may be best to leave it a mystery with a cool character design.
