Crate Digging and Sampling with Moose Dawa!

Welcome to a musical journey in the heart of south Sweden metropolis Malmö, where we’ll be tagging along with Swedish artist, producer, and crate digger Moose Dawa. Join us as we explore record stores, do some crate digging, and talk about the power of sampling old, dusty vinyls. Moose Dawa is an artist who draws inspiration from the golden age of hip hop and the great J Dilla, and he’ll be sharing with us his techniques for sampling and making beats. With Reason and his go-to sampler Mimic, Moose Dawa will be showing us how he cooks up chill lofi hiphop beats using eclectic sounds and samples. We’ll be treated to a unique insight into his creative process and learn some great tips and tricks. Moose Dawa is part of the collective Alleycat Anthem, and we’ll also be joined by Aidinity who will be dropping some lines. Together they’ll take us on a journey of musical discovery, sharing their passion for hip hop and the power of sampling. So get ready for some serious inspiration and some great music! This video is not to be missed, and is a must-watch for anyone interested in hip hop, crate digging, and sampling. An extra shoutout to record store Dåndimpen for letting us hangout there!
