Why nearly EVERY shonen anime follows this pattern
I’ve always wondered why so many of the most popular shonen anime, like Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, Attack on Titan, etc. all follow a similar concept: a teenager joins an organization to fight dangerous monsters. It’s just like Bleach. Even though I’d argue Naruto and One Piece--the other members of the big three--are more popular and have made a larger cultural impact, Bleach is much more influential to how shonen manga and anime are written. This is the Bleach-ification of modern shonen anime.
