Someone resists, but then they retreat more and the attackers practically do not meet resistance until they approach the citadel where the best defenders of the war await them. The ringing bell symbolizes that everything has already been decided and the fortress will fall, but the best defender warriors fight to the end. After the last of the defenders has fallen, the music ends.
