Record Wheels! (1940)

Titles read: “RECORD WHEELS!“ Sydney, Australia. Various shots of cyclist Herbert Opperman riding around the Sydney Sports Arena in his successful attempt in breaking over 50 cycling world records. A man runs alongside to hand him a drink, another squirts him with water to refresh his calves as he goes by. A postman hands him a letter and receives one back on his next circuit. We then see ’Oppy’ sitting at a table, describing his diet on a typical day - it is spread out before him. He says he drinks plenty of milk, eats shredded carrots and raw egg yolks with orange juice.
