[SS14] - New Stuff on Space Station 14

Features external audio(music) and in-game sounds (everything else). Here’s some of our work we did on Space Station 14. Most of the changes are not visible for normal player’s eye, but it increases stability and improves netcode. Also we have a live server now, check out the launcher download page on the website!
