Newly elected Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico has come out firmly in favor of a negotiated end to the Ukraine War by acknowledging that Ukraine will not retake territory lost to Russia. Ukraine is little more than a puppet of the United States, Fico says, and it would be entirely unreasonable to expect Russia to tolerate an antagonist right on its border.
