Growing up in Oman, I’ve always had a special connection to warm summer days. I fondly remember playing soccer on the hot asphalt in front of our house there as a kid or going for a swim in the warm ocean. I honestly feel a lot better when it’s this warm and don’t like the cold winters here in Germany at all. That’s why I wanted to capture all those positive summer feelings in a song.
