The Beatles - Get Back Sessions (full album)

In January 1969, about half a year before the recording sessions for Abbey Road, The Beatles got together with a documentarian to record their process of writing a new album, called Get Back, which was a slight statement that they were getting back to their roots, writing music they could actually perform live. The whole event would climax with a concert at an undecided venue, that eventually ended up being the rooftop concert. This was among the worst months of the entire Beatles career, as the band was on the verge of breaking up, dealing with divorce and drug abuse, and an overall lack of artistic drive. The cameras were rolling through much of this time, on A and B reels. Eventually, somehow, the A and B reels got into the hands of collectors, and the bootleg record label Purple Chick painstakingly went through the reels, combining the A and B to create a true stereo mix of most of the footage collected.
