Roland Editor Install on Win10 & Win11

In response to a request from a member of the , here is the entire procedure on how to install the Roland Editor for a FR-8X. The procedure should be more or less the same for all other versions of this editor irrespective of the V-accordion model, as long as the right version of the editor is used.
