This place was originally a sanatorium, from 1894-1930, and it has rumors about illegal treatments and direct “human experiments“ being carried out on patients... Later on, the area served as a camp center, and as a riding school. There are also numerous other unrelated houses nearby. This area was abandoned in the 1990s.
