2. Decline chest press 20lb/9kg
3. Thumbs up lateral raise 10lb/
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back

1. Underhand row 25lb/11kg
2. Single arm triceps extension 15lb/
3. Supinating biceps curl 15lbs/
15 reps each, exercises completed back to back
Rest and repeat
