Putin Scrambles Jets To Counter NATO Patrol, “Russia Eyeing More Iranian Drones”, Belarus On Alert

Russia claimed to have scrambled one of its Su-27 fighter jets due to the presence of NATO patrol planes. Russian National Defence Management Centre said that the incident took place over the Baltic Sea near the Russian border. Russia claimed that the planes were identified as a German P-3C Orion and a French Atlantic 2 maritime patrol aircraft.
