’IN THE KING’S CHEMBERS’ יוני שרון בהרודיון Oriental music and debka dance. The video was filmed at the Herodion, an ancient palace which I pass every morning on my way to Jerusalem. Every time I pass by the artificial hill which King Herod built two thousand years ago, I imagine the sounds of the banging of the slaves’ hammers as they carved their way up the hill, the footsteps of the rebels who took refuge in it, and the ringing of the sheep’s bells as they grazed in the fields below.. music by yoni shar
