How To Make A Wood Grain Soap

#woodgrain #cpsoap #soapmaking #soaptechnique Here is the video Instagram asked for after I posted the pictures of my wood grain soap. It was scented in Tobacco Vanille from Muddy Soap Co. This fragrance can be very quick moving, which I talk about in the video and how I tame it, but I know most folks just fast forward to the pour part. I used no colorant for the brown, that’s just the Tobacco Vanille that discolors. I used titanium dioxide from brambleberry, and shimmer gold mica - (my affiliate link below, if you want to thank me for making videos, buying through that link is a nice way to do it.) Please note, if you are new to cold process soap making, do as I say and not as I do. I routinely soap in short sleeves with long gloves, and a face shield. (Which you can see very briefly in my Lemonder Blue Bee video, it’s a bit scary, sorry! ) However, you should always soap in long sleeves
