I’m here with the NEW 35 MIN TOTAL ABS BOOTY HIIT Workout, which is a SUPER 💯 EFFECTIVE at home exercise routine designed to target your FULL BODY with a particular focus on your ABS, CORE & GLUTES.
Losing BELLY FAT and getting a ROUND BOOTY isn’t about just activating & strengthening the muscles, you need to BURN 🔥 the excess FAT that “hides” the SIXPACK and reveal the shape of your GLUTES and hard-earned core MUSCLES. Keeping that in mind I have added a couple of high intensity💦SWEATY CARDIO exercises to boost your metabolism and achieve the desired results! A short stretch is added to polish off the muscles✨
With or without a RESISTANCE BAND activate your glutes regardless your level. If you are a BEGINNER, feel free to leave the band and squat your way into the total booty burn!
