Alleged Footage Ukrainian Avakov MoD selling US Humvee to Lugansk Militia

Mid December, 2015, Alleged Footage shows the Ministry of Defense Troops of Arsen Avakov’s Cabinet (the one who argued with Saakashvili about who is more corrupt), allegedly shows the sale of a US Humvee, received by Ukraine on July 18, 2015, to Lugansk Militia 14th Battalion of Territorial Defense of LPR for $5,000.
