My New PS4! ... Uh Oh (Red Light, Three Beeps, Anguish)

I got my launch day PS4. Absolutely nothing could go wrong. Flashing red light. Three beeps. Shuts off. Hopefully I can find a fix. NOTES: 1. As to why all that stuff appears at the beginning. This isn’t the first time I turned on the console. This was like the sixth time, so I recorded it. The safe mode boot up and the warning show up every time since the console shuts down. 2.
