Songo (Latin Groove) - Daily Drum Lesson

In this Drum Lesson you will learn the Songo. It is one of my favourite Latin Grooves of all time. Unlike other Latin Grooves, where each limb “imitates“ a different percussion instrument, this is really meant to be played on a drumset. It is based on a linear pattern and doesn’t require as much independence as for example a Samba or a Salsa Groove.
