Spectacular 10,000-Year-Old Stone-Carved Scene Discovered in Turkey | Ancient Architects

As many of you know, this year Turkish authorities have given the collective name Tas Tapeler aka Stone Hills to 12 prominent Neolithic sites of interest in the country. I have recently made videos on four of these sites: Karahan Tepe, Sefer Tepe, Harbetsuvan Tepesi and Kurt Tepe, and of I have made numerous videos on a 5th – the enigmatic site of Gobekli Tepe. Another site, situated west of Gobekli Tepe and shown on this diagram is called Sayburc, and a number of exciting new finds have recently been uncovered, and these date back to 10,000 years ago. The stone-carved scene that’s been discovered consists of two humans, two leopards or lions, and a bull or auroch, and because of the way they have been carved, they show clear similarities to stone reliefs of Gobekli Tepe and other Tas Tapeler sites.
