PASTA FOR BREAKFAST?

Bucatini Carbonara Ingredients: -Spaghetti or Bucatini pasta -Pecorino cheese and parmesan cheese (half a cup shredded each) -2 egg yolks -fresh ground pepper -Salt -Guanciale Instructions: Salt the water and begin to boil water for the pasta. In a bowl, drop in your two egg yolks. The best way to separate the yolks from the whites, is letting the egg whites run down your fingers as you hold the yolks. The yolk should stay in tact as the whites fall off. Add the pecorino and parmesan and black pepper. Whisk it up. In a pan, cook the Guanciale till crispy. Turn the heat super low. Add in the pasta when al dente. Add in about half a cup of pasta water. Take the pan off the heat before adding the egg mix. I use tongs usually and toss everything together. Garnish with more cheese and a little black pepper. That’s it! BUON APETITO
