Austin Police Officers Help Child Choking On Candy

* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Austin, Texas — On Friday, February 16, 2024, at approximately 4:28 p.m., Austin Police Department (APD) officer Dalton Schroeder and officer Jason Wright responded to a Check Welfare Urgent call at 6865 East US 290 Highway Service Road EB. The officers arrived and located a child that was choking. Relatives told the officers that the boy was choking on candy.
