Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi has indicated that Ukraine will not be participating in the G20 summit in New Delhi in September. Bagchi, responding to a query on the possibility of Ukrainian officials attending the summit said that the list of participants has been already declared and that there is no change in that list.
