Paignton is a seaside town in Tor Bay in the county of Devon. A quick google search returns some quite negative recent news… “Brit seaside town ‘overrun with feral knife-toting rooftop yobs” “Our seaside town is tormented by feral kids” “West Country town that’s ‘overrun with yobs’ Keep scrolling through google search results, there are many more articles. I passed through Paignton only 3 months ago, but spent most of my time in neighbouring Torquay. Another jaded once popular town on the so called ‘English Riviera’. I thought I would return to Paignton, focus on the town and its estates, and ask the locals if indeed this stories of antisocial behaviour are accurate.
