Crow - Thoughts

Here’s a great song from Crow. “Thoughts“ is from their debut album: Crow Music released in 1969. Crow is best known for their hit single “Evil Woman (Don’t You Play Your Games With Me),“ which was covered by Black Sabbath less than a year later, as well as “(Don’t Try To Lay No Boogie Woogie On the) King Of Rock and Roll“ and “Slow Down.“ (Which are more on the hard rock/blues boogie side). But this song is one of their most psychedelic, and dare I say, progressive rock songs they’ve recorded. This song is just full of emotion, especially on the more dark and sorrowful side. This is easily one of my favorite songs by Crow.
