Gary Barlow being asked about Little Mix (and the “lose a member” narrative)

Since Little Mix lost Jesy Nelson and announced their hiatus, their story has been constantly compared to other groups who lost members…then go hiatus/split. Even members like Melanie C (Spice Girls), Liam Payne (One Direction) and now Gary Barlow (Take That) were asked about them, compared to their own group experiences. Comment on your thoughts.
