Sega Genesis 3 - Sega 32X system compatibility fix

The Genesis 3 is well known to be incompatible with the Sega 32X system, the Virtua Racing game, The Game Genie and the Sega Master have found the missing connections needed to give these features back to the mini Genesis 3.
