KRU Muay Thai Tip of the Week:- Training Slip to Body Punch

This clip was taken from one of our morning classes at KRU Training in Tenafly, NJ. A couple things to think about is to always have a built in defense when you strike. Whether you use this as an entry for a body hook, uppercut or leading to an elbow please don’t just use your arms, work from your legs and use your core to turn your body!
