The film would have begin shortly after the end of the previous Godzilla film. The character Nick Niko Tatopoulos would be feeling guilt from destroying Godzilla and would go searching for any traces of its dead offspring, killed in the last film. Nick would discover one of the baby Godzilla’s had surviving and helped it escape to the sea. Two years later, the world would be rocked by strange occurances including a ship found with all its passengers missing, and village in Fiji where all of its inhabitants vanish.
