INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 4-4-20 4:00 pm approx LOCATION: 2400 Servando Ave CITY: San Diego DETAILS: Police received a call from a man claiming he wanted to kill himself. When officers arrived, they found a different male outside of the apartment with a gunshot wound. That male was taken to UCSD Hospital where he died from the gunshot.
