Orlyn 4588/9 - Oak Park IL USA 1968. Another Orlyn classic that I’ve neglected before and that needed a fi upgrade here. They won this recording opportunity thanks to a victory at a battle of the bands in Chicago’s Navy Pier. The misspelling of “Zepplin“ came from them painting the band name on the drum head but forgot the “e“ so they had to slightly rename the group.
Band: John Armour (lead guitar, vocals), Bob Blumenthal (keyboards, songwriter, vocals), Dave Green (drummer), Gary Knaus (rhythm guitar, vocals), and Bill Steed (bass, vocals)
