“Eleanor Rigby“- The most accurate transcription of #eleanorrigbytranscription#beatlestranscription

When researching Youtube for an accurate transcription of the original George Martin string octet score, I found nothing to be what I needed, so I created my own. First off, let me humbly state that this is the most accurate transcription of the original George Martin score on Youtube. The others I researched lacked articulation/dynamic markings, or were just outright incorrect relative to the proper voicings, etc.. IMPORTANT NOTE: In measure 31, the 2nd violin’s part on beats 3, and 4, show a C note. It should show a B note one half-step lower. Sorry for the typo. Please make a note of it. Scored as a string octet, NOT ALL instruments are playing simultaneously throughout the score. Notice that the ’stem-up’ notes are to be played only by one of the two sets of 1st violins; 2nd violins; violas, and cellos, respectively. If there are articulation markings above the ’stem-up’ notes, and there are two notes within a given measure, then both parts shall be played with the same articulations. The remainder of the score should be obvious. NOTE: Due to popular requests, if you’d like to purchase this score, it is available as a 6 page PDF file, and XML file, mailed directly to the email of your choice. It is of the highest quality, and doesn’t have the ’fuzzines’ of the ’screen captures’ seen in this video. Also, it has been proofread, and there are no issues as seen in the video. All payments made safely via PayPal. Please email all inquiries to: mrbeadles1@ Thank you, -LC
