Travis & Laura [The Quarry] || Familiar Taste Of Poison

NOT an House Of The Dragon edit, can you believe it lol ? So, so, what can I say about that one... tried a new horror game, fall in love with the wrong ship AGAIN (the one that everyone hates, of course) and having zero regret about it. More seriously, I just actually played that game, The Quarry, which is a horror game similar to Until Dawn, a choice game with a huge 90s horror american movies aesthetic/mood, and if the entires series of The Dark Pictures actually deepky disappointed me since the wonderful Until Dawn, I found The Quarry REALLY, REALLY good. And I just completely fell for that ship who is HALF CANON FOR ME BECAUSE SERIOUSLY GUYS, THEY WERE JUST NOT ENOUGH BRAVE TO ACTUALLY MAKE IT CANON AND JUST PUT HINTS AND TENSION ALL OVER THE GAME. Travis and Laura are another toxic ship to my long list of toxic ship since we are there with a relationship between a guy of 56 with a girl of 22, who kidnapped and locked her away for months, youhou. But in the game, with the right choices, both of them can actually start to truth each other and work together to get out of the mess and it’s just so freaking cool. They just have a goddamn good chemistry and such an interesting writing. I used a mix all of their endings/ways to just try to picture the entire mood of their relationship, who is somewhere between the mistrust and that strange bond that they have. If you don’t know the game, The Quarry is about a group of young counsellors who are at the end of their summer in Hackett’s Quarry, a summer camp in forest, and they will end trapped one last night who will turn into a nightmare because of werewolves and local people and their own romantic life.
