Chinese teen creates charity to help Brazil’s homeless amid COVID outbreak

Chinese teenager Roger Xi moved to Rio de Janeiro in 2011 after his father was transferred there for work. When the pandemic hit Brazil, the 16-year-old saw how the homeless were struggling, and he created the BeOne organization to aid families in need by raising funds and donating food and water.
